The Great Southern Yearling Sale is a dedicated platform for buying and selling Australian Stock Horse and Quarter Horse yearlings and 2-year-olds. It brings trusted breeders and serious buyers together in one streamlined marketplace.

This premier event will take place from October 31st to November 2nd, 2025, at the Sugarloaf Equestrian Center, Cobbitty, NSW.

The weekend begins on Friday with our highly anticipated Stan Bowd Vendor Challenge, followed by Preworks and the official Sale on Saturday. We’ll conclude the event on Sunday with the Barastoc Novice Campdraft, showcasing emerging talent in the sport.

Looking ahead, future sales will continue to run on the first Saturday in November each year, building a tradition of excellence in the performance horse industry.
